A gorgeous, customized itinerary of your event with dress code, themes, locations, etc. is sent via email for you to print and pass on to guests. We will work out all the details with timing, work with you on theme days, etc. so you don't have to stress about making it all flow properly. We got you :)
We will gather information from you about diet restrictions, needs, etc. and put together grocery lists, alcohol order lists, and estimate pricing so you and your guests know what to expect. It's up to you to do the ordering and payment but having the details worked out beforehand makes everything easier!
All reservations are made for you (in your name) at all the best restaurants, bars, activities, etc. Everything is confirmed by us and all you have to do is show up! We will figure out the times that work with your itinerary to ensure a smooth event.
Based on your theme, we will work to find the perfect decor/favors and gifts to elevate the event with your budget in mind. Links will be sent to all items so you can purchase beforehand, so all you have to do is bring them with you and set it up!
Once the itinerary and themes are solidified, we will send you a customized packing list with suggested items to pack for your guests. At this point we can also include information if they need to bring gifts, themed items, etc.
We will work within your budget to find the best location for your event! Whether it's a hotel, villa, AirBnB, or something else, we will do the research to find the place with everything on your wish list.
For the girl who's busy and wants to do the least possible without paying for a full service, on-site coordinator. This Tier includes everything from Tier 1 plus what's below!
This includes everything in the Tier 1 Base Package, PLUS hard copies of the itineraries will be included in your package all ready to go for your event. The girls get to see what to expect beforehand with the electronic file, plus they get the paper copies when they arrive as a keepsake and reference.
You will get the Alcohol Order List as noted in Tier 1, but in this tier we will order all groceries and snacks for you so they will arrive when you do. Payment will be sorted out beforehand, and we can even request payment directly from each guest if you are splitting costs. This way, when you arrive all you have to do is decorate the space, pick up alcohol, and the rest is taken care of!
Once you've approved all decor and party favors, payment is collected from you and everything will be ordered and shipped by us to your event location the day you arrive. We will put together any gift bags (including itineraries) and do as much prep work as we can without actually being on site so you can have more party time!
If you're looking for something to create a truly memorable, specific to the guest of honor ( if there is one such as a bride-to-be!) set of activities like party games, we got you! You'll receive several options for party games, including the supplies to play them if necessary, to get personal at the party
For the girl who wants everything taken care of for a stress free event!
In addition to all the planning, I will be there on site before your event even begins getting everything ready for you! From decor to groceries, rest assured knowing that all you have to do is show up ready for an amazing time.
Because we will be on site, we have the ability to include alcohol pickup so that you're fully stocked for the event and don't have to lift a finger. Age will be verified beforehand!
Base prices with customization increases if discussed
